Qualifying conditions;
i) Where a member ceases employment with less than 120 months contributing period; and
ii) Cause of ceasing employment may be retrenchment, retired in public interest, or removal from employment by a presidential decree or any other relevant authority.

Mode of granting gratuity benefit i) Granted as a lump sum immediately on ceasing employment;
Documents required
ii) Benefit Claim form duly filled by the employer; (See Page 25)
iii) Confirmation (e.g. Board/Management Resolution etc) from the employer on member’s cessation of employment.
