Where a member ceases employment through summary dismissal or termination.
Mode of granting withdrawal benefit
i) Granted as Lump sum immediately on ceasing employment.

Documents required
• Benefit Claim duly filled by the employer; (See Page 25)
• Confirmation from the employer that the member has been dismissed or terminated from employment;
• Two passport-size photographs of the member.
